You have two weeks from the time of purchase to arrange a pickup. After that, the transaction is forfeit and the item goes back on sale.
We do not offer delivery. If you need shipping, it must be arranged and paid for at the time of purchase.
All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you see something you love, don't wait — it might not be there tomorrow.
We accept most payment apps — including Venmo, Zelle, and Facebook Pay — as well as exact cash. No checks, no IOUs.
When you sign up, you join our loyalty program automatically. Here's how it works.
XP (experience points) tracks your loyalty level — it goes up but never goes down. Coins are earned alongside XP and can be spent in the Coin Shop on scratch cards and discount coupons.
As you earn XP, you level up through three tiers. Higher tiers get better odds on scratch card prizes.
Head to the Coin Shop on your Rewards page. You can buy mystery scratch cards (150 coins) or discount coupons ranging from 5% to 25% off (100–750 coins).
You get a scratch card every time you make a purchase, and you can buy extra ones with coins. Scratch it to reveal a prize — bonus coins, a discount coupon, or even a free small item.
Badges are collectible achievements you earn for milestones — like your first purchase, visit streaks, and reaching new tiers. Check your badge collection on the Rewards page.
Coins never expire. However, coupons and unscratched scratch cards expire after 30 days. XP and badges are yours forever.
